Who can join?

Anyone who has never been called a 'know it all' or labeled as 'bossy'.

This book club is for the financially shy, the financially blessed, the financially oh-man!, the financially I don't want to be a Barenaked Lady to have a million dollars.  

What about boys?

Good question. 

Unfortunately boys cannot be a Wealthy Wilma but (yes, there is a but!) they can be Wealthy Wilma Wannabes. So cool, yes? Seriously, who doesn't want to be a Wannabe? Its so trendy right now.

So what does that mean? It means that by joining, any boy will be added to the email list- and they'll be guilt-tripped (via email) to read the Wealthy Wilma financial books just like the Wilmas, and will be expected to finish the books (or as best they can) by the date provided.  They'll also be sent the learnings after each Wealthy Wilma meeting.

This is how you become a Wealthy Wilma:

Now raise your right hand, stick out your pinkie and repeat after me, or yourself, or something...

I (insert name here) hereby pledge as a Wealthy Wilma, I will honour the following Wealthy Wilma Book Club Code of Financial Fabulousness:

* I promise to do my very best to read the Wealthy Wilma books

* I promise to host a meeting for my fellow Wilmas at least once (this is MUCH easier than you think, more details here)

* I promise to make my financial success a priority by going to the meetings (even if I haven't read the book, it's ok, you won't lose marks)

* I promise to accept that I won't know everything, or in some cases- anything. But I will be proud of myself every inch of the financial way to Wealth!
